Availability and service health
ChunkArc monitors the public website, client panel, Free Beta game node and rewards services. The public status page shows the latest customer-facing result without exposing private infrastructure data.
The Free Beta has no paid-service availability guarantee or SLA. A green platform status also does not guarantee that every individual plugin, mod or customer server is healthy.
Free Beta limits
Minecraft Free Beta includes 2 GB memory and 5 GB live-server storage. Terraria Free Beta includes 1 GB memory and 5 GB storage. Both use high-performance AMD and Intel CPUs. Empty servers are stopped according to the published player-aware idle policy so shared capacity returns to active users.
Limits can change while the platform is being tested, but current behavior is published before server creation. No card is required for the Free Beta.
Security and fair use
Shared hosting is protected with account controls, network restrictions, service isolation and automated checks for strong signs of malware, tunnels, proxies, mining or other prohibited infrastructure use. Strong evidence can result in a server being stopped and suspended for review.
Legitimate supported game software and compatible plugins or mods are not treated as prohibited merely because they are unfamiliar. Security decisions use multiple signals where possible, and users can explain a disputed detection through a private support ticket. The complete customer rules are in the Fair Use Policy.
Backups and world ownership
Infrastructure backups exist for disaster recovery, but the Free Beta does not promise an automatic, per-customer restore point. Important worlds should be downloaded regularly and stored somewhere controlled by the server owner.
Reinstalls, software changes and incompatible Minecraft downgrades can modify or remove files. Create a personal copy before performing those operations.
Accounts, privacy and staff access
Customer sign-in supports ChunkArc account credentials, Google and Discord. These methods lead to the same panel and server flow; a verified provider email may be linked to an existing account instead of creating a duplicate. ChunkArc staff will never ask for a password, recovery code, API key or full payment credential in a ticket.
Account and operational data are handled under the Privacy Policy. Security reports can be sent to the address published in security.txt.
Support and incident reporting
For one affected server, open a private ticket in the ChunkArc Discord and include the server name, the approximate time and the relevant console error. Do not paste secrets.
For privacy, legal or general questions, email support@chunkarc.net.
